Passing the Baton at Travel Market Report, Anne Marie Powell-Moebes Resigns
by Travel Market Report /It was announced today that Anne Marie Powell-Moebes, Publisher of Travel Market Report, has resigned and is passing on the publication’s leadership baton to Brian Israel, who has been promoted to Senior Vice President & Publisher. Daniel McCarthy has also been promoted to Vice President of Travel Market Report and will continue as Editor-in-Chief. The changes are effective March 31, 2023.
“On behalf of the entire family at TMR and American Marketing Group, we wish Anne Marie well as she moves onto new pursuits,” said Jim Mazza, Executive Vice President & COO of American Marketing Group, the parent company of Travel Market Report. “In her years with us, she showed great leadership in all that she accomplished for TMR.”

Going forward, Brian Israel will continue to focus on the commercial business and sales side of the publication, now as Senior Vice President & Publisher of Travel Market Report. Daniel McCarthy has also been promoted to VP of Travel Market Report and will continue as Editor-in-Chief, overseeing the editorial side. They will both report directly to Jim Mazza.
